Following is our Return & Refund Policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (cut-to-order fabrics and dress materials sold by the metre), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with the following:

a. Your order number

b. Clear photos of the item and packaging

c. A description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or

A refund for the defective/incorrect item

Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for slight color variations due to screen differences.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return/refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault

4. Non-Returnable Items

Fabrics and materials cut to your specified length

Sale or discounted items

Customized or pre-stitched orders

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the fabric has not yet been cut or packed. To cancel, please contact us immediately.
