Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (In India)
Our courier partners can deliver orders to 16000+ pin codes in India. We offer FREE SHIPPING for All Prepaid Orders irrespective of where you are situated in India. All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are charged a minimal fee ₹99. Cash on Delivery is subject to serviceability from our courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
It takes us approx. 3-7 working days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforseen circumstances. In such cases, our customer support proactively will be in touch with you to inform you of any delays. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to thee delay in delivery.
Shipping Internationally
We ship across the globe with DHL (5 to 7 business days) and ARAMAX (10 to 14 business days). Real-time shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the total weight of the parcel. All local taxes and custom duties are charged extra by the Shipping carrier on yourr respective country. These custom duties and local taxes are to be borne exclusively by the buyer. Fabrics and More will not be responsible for any clearance of parcels stuck due to local taxes and import custom duties. We will however faciliate the conversation with the courier partner for early clearance of parcels. Most countries allow import upto a certain amount without any duty. This amount if called De Minimus values. Please check the following link to know the De Minimus values of your respective country.

Can I order fabric just for one outfit?
Yes, of course!
Our low minimum order (starting at 1 meter) makes it easy for individuals as well as Fabric Traders, Boutique Owners and Designers to order just what they need, whether it’s for a saree blouse, a lehenga, or a custom kurta set.
No large MOQ required.
Are the designs exclusive?
Many of our designs are limited-edition or exclusive drops, sourced directly from trusted artisans and mills.
That means you won’t find them at your local market or mall, so your outfit feels as unique as you.
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch most orders in 24-48 hours, and you can expect delivery within 3–6 business days anywhere in India.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s shipped.
How do you ensure fabric quality?
We follow a 3-step quality check before dispatch:
- Thread count & feel test
- Design alignment check (no misprints/mis-weaves)
- Color fastness & finish check
Only pieces that pass all 3 are shipped, so you receive only what you’d proudly stitch for your best client!
Where are the fabrics sourced from?
Our fabrics are either sourced from trusted artisan hubs and legacy mills (like Chanderi, Banaras, and Surat) or manufactured in-house, depending on the design and material.
This hybrid approach helps us maintain:
- Consistency in quality
- Faster restocks of high-demand designs
- Exclusive fabrics you won’t find anywhere else

Can I return or exchange a product?
We currently don’t support returns, but we do offer exchanges in case the product received is damaged or different from what was ordered.
Just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What if I don’t like the fabric after it arrives?
We totally get it, sometimes things look different on screen.
But since every fabric is cut specially for your order, we can’t accept returns for preferences or change of mind.
However, if there's any issue with quality or if the product received is different from what you ordered, we’re here to make it right.
